Evil Twin Brewing: More Than Just a Pretty Face
This week I’m setting sights on Evil Twin Brewing, more specifically their Falco IPA. Here’s a little history about this brewery operating out of Brooklyn, NY:
“Evil Twin Brewing is a gypsy brewery originating in Denmark. Founded in 2010 by Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø, Evil Twin produces limited-edition and one-off beers as well as a series of seasonal and year-round beers available internationally.” Read more from Ratebeer.com here.
What’s a gypsy brewery?
“Gypsy breweries generally do not have their own equipment or premises. They operate on a temporary or itinerant basis out of the facilities of another brewery,” according to NPR. That’s pretty neat!
Gorgeous packaging for a truly delicious beer
You may have noticed Evil Twin’s products gracing our shelves recently, most likely because the packaging is gorgeously eye-catching and impossible to ignore. The blocky, geometric design of the label isn’t just a ruse to trick you into buying it–this beer is actually delicious! The Falco IPA is crisp, floral, and refreshingly hoppy, everything you want from an IPA. Try some today…I dare you!
Come to the Winter Wonder Market on Feb. 6 and have a taste of some of our beers! We’ll be sampling a selection of our brews from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
